Our four step process for your chatbot
You can plan a Quickscan with Bonnie. Besides planning an appointment, she will ask you some questions that will help us prepare for it.
Based on the quickscan we are able to determine which basic bot skills are needed and which custom skills need to be developed. In our next meeting we will walk you through our proposal with a price range and a delivery timeline.
It might be that we need a couple of meetings to finalize our proposal. Once we agreed on the terms we will deliver your chatbot and you will be able to test.
Once operational we will make sure to keep your chatbot running and optimize its behavior and training on a periodical basis (depending on your selected support package). This way your chatbot will become better every day!
